Making A Purchase

Browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on "Proceed to checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.


All transactions are handled through Paypal
They accept payment by Most Major credit cards

    

Stock
We aim to hold all listed products in stock. On the odd occasion when we run out we are usually restocked within 2-3 working days, unless a manufacturer has misjudged the demand for a product and it is unavailable.


If any item ordered is not in stock you will be emailed with an approximate delivery date, we will also try to offer you an alternative product that is in stock. If you would rather not wait you have the option to cancel the order.

Who we use to deliver your order
We use ParcelForce and Royal Mail to deliver our parcels to you and some deliveries will require a signature on delivery.


Once your order has been shipped you will receive two emails
1. From Paypal, that will be your invoice
2. S and A Imports stating that your parcel has been dispatched

S and A Imports do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies must be enabled to use our shopping site.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual purchases
d. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes


Returns Policy

All goods are thoroughly checked before they are despatched, but any items that are found to be faulty due to manufacture may be returned within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or full refund.


Claims for missing items or goods which have been damaged in the post, will not be considered unless we are advised in writing within 14 days of receipt.


Any goods that have been ordered and which you decide that you do not want may be returned for exchange or Credit note (less postage costs) on prior arrangement with S and A Imports within 10 days of receipt. The cost of the return is the responsibilty of the customer. The goods should be returned in a new condition, unused or unworn and in the original un-opened packaging with all original tags attached. Your statutory rights are not affected.


It is advisable to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods returned and are 'lost in the post'.


Prior to the return of any goods, the customer must inform S and A Imports by email at info@partyflair.co.uk
